The central question of the research concerns how the relationship between the signifying system of Hafez’s poetry and the emotional and semantic capacities of Persian classical music can be explained. Employing a descriptive-analytical approach, the study draws upon theories of literary and musical semiotics to examine emotional codes in Hafez’s ghazals and to compare them with the affective characteristics of Persian musical modes. The theoretical framework is based on the semiotic perspectives of Saussure, Peirce, Barthes, and Eco, as well as major contributions to musical semiotics and Persian musicology. The findings reveal that Hafez’s ghazals contain a complex network of emotional codes, including love, longing, sorrow, hope, ecstasy, irony, wonder, mysticism, and inward contemplation, which are articulated through symbolic imagery, metaphors, and poetic structures. The analysis further demonstrates that Persian musical dastgāhs possess distinctive emotional and semantic identities that correspond to particular emotional patterns found in Hafez’s poetry. Shur exhibits the strongest affinity with themes of love, yearning, and separation; Homayun corresponds to mystical reflection and elevated melancholy; Mahur is associated with joy, vitality, and hope; Segah reflects ambiguity and inner conflict; Chahargah conveys emotional intensity, rebellion, and passionate energy; Nava aligns with solitude and contemplation; and Rast-Panjgah represents semantic comprehensiveness and emotional multiplicity. The study concludes that the relationship between Hafez’s poetry and Persian classical music extends beyond historical association or performance practice and may be understood as a semiotic convergence between two artistic systems. Through shared emotional codes, poetry and music interact to generate layered meanings and aesthetic experiences, revealing a deep structural affinity between the Hafezian ghazal and the modal tradition of Iranian classical music.</p> <p>این پژوهش با هدف بررسی رابطه نشانه‌شناختی میان دستگاه‌های موسیقی ایرانی و رمزگان‌های عاطفی موجود در غزل‌های حافظ انجام شده است. مسئله اصلی پژوهش آن است که چگونه می‌توان پیوند میان نظام دلالی شعر حافظ و ظرفیت‌های معنایی و احساسی دستگاه‌های موسیقی ایرانی را تبیین کرد. پژوهش حاضر با بهره‌گیری از رویکرد توصیفی ـ تحلیلی و با اتکا به مبانی نشانه‌شناسی ادبی و موسیقایی، به مطالعه رمزگان‌های عاطفی در غزل‌های حافظ و تطبیق آنها با ویژگی‌های عاطفی و دلالی دستگاه‌های موسیقی ایرانی پرداخته است. چارچوب نظری تحقیق بر اساس نظریات نشانه‌شناسی سوسور، پیرس، بارت، اکو و نظریه‌های نشانه‌شناسی موسیقی شکل گرفته و در کنار آن از مطالعات موسیقی‌شناسی ایرانی درباره دستگاه، ردیف، آواز و عاطفه موسیقایی استفاده شده است. یافته‌ها نشان داد که غزل‌های حافظ از شبکه‌ای پیچیده از رمزگان‌های عاطفی همچون عشق، فراق، اندوه، امید، سرمستی، رندی، حیرت، عرفان و خلوت درونی برخوردارند که از طریق تصاویر، نمادها، استعاره‌ها و ساختارهای بلاغی بازنمایی می‌شوند. همچنین مشخص شد که دستگاه‌های موسیقی ایرانی نیز واجد ظرفیت‌های عاطفی و معنایی متمایزی هستند و می‌توان میان برخی از آنها و رمزگان‌های غالب در شعر حافظ همبستگی‌هایی مشاهده کرد. دستگاه شور بیشترین همخوانی را با عواطف عاشقانه و فراق‌آلود، همایون با تأمل عرفانی و اندوه متعالی، ماهور با نشاط و امید، سه‌گاه با ابهام و کشمکش درونی، چهارگاه با شوریدگی و اعتراض، نوا با خلوت و تفکر، و راست‌پنجگاه با جامعیت معنایی و چندلایگی عاطفی نشان می‌دهد. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن است که رابطه شعر حافظ و موسیقی دستگاهی ایران فراتر از یک همراهی تاریخی یا اجرایی است و می‌توان آن را نوعی هم‌ساختی نشانه‌ای دانست که در آن دو نظام هنری از طریق رمزگان‌های عاطفی مشترک به تولید معنا می‌پردازند.</p> https://jtpll.com/index.php/jtpll/article/download/398/334
