Journal Article 1404/07/02 <p>This study examines the role of instructors in elucidating shared human rights values and ethical virtues of the source and target languages for language learners. Shared cultural interactions between the source and target languages primarily encompass two domains: fundamental human rights values and ethical virtues. English language instructors must selectively extract these shared values and virtues, along with their corresponding equivalents in the literary texts of both the source and target languages, and teach them to learners. The present study employed an analytical–comparative–descriptive research method and was conducted based on library sources and academic databases. The findings indicate that the success of English language instructors in conveying shared cultural interactions between the source and target languages to learners depends on factors such as their mastery and comprehensive understanding of the literary issues presented in both the source and target languages, as well as their proficiency in accurate translation rather than literal translation. This enables learners to develop a comprehensive comparative understanding of these values and virtues based on the literary texts of both languages.</p> <p>این پژوهش به تبیین نقش مدرسان در تبیین ارزش‌های حقوق بشری و فضایل اخلاقی مشترک زبان مبدأ و مقصد به یادگیرندگان زبان می‌پردازد. <strong>مقدمه</strong>: تعاملات فرهنگی مشترک زبان مبدأ و مقصد بطور عمده دو حیطه ارزش‌های والای حقوق بشری و فضایل اخلاقی را در بر می‌گیرد. مدرسان زبان انگلیسی باید این ارزش‌ها و فضایل مشترک و مابه ازای خارجی آنها در متون زبان مبدأ و مقصد را بصورت گزینشی استخراج نموده و به فراگیران اموزش دهند.<strong> </strong>روش تحقیق حاضر تحلیلی-تطبیقی-توصیفی و با استناد به منابع کتابخانه‌ای و بانک‌های اطلاعاتی بوده است.<strong> </strong>حاکی از آن است که موفقیت مدرسان زبان انگلیسی در تفهیم تعاملات فرهنگی مشترک زبان مبدأ و مقصد به فراگیران معلول عواملی نظیر احاطه و اشراف آنها به مسائل مطرح شده در ادبیات مبدأ و مقصد و اشراف آنها به بحث ترجمه دقیق متون و نه ترجمه تحت اللفظی است تا از این رهگذر فراگیران بتوانند تطبیقی همه جانبه از این ارزش‌ها و فضایل با عنایت به متون زبان مبدأ و مقصد در ذهن خود ترتیب دهند.</p> https://jtpll.com/index.php/jtpll/article/download/290/268
